At Casa di Trevi, all of our gourmet pastas are 100% natural and are made fresh daily using only the finest ingredients. In order to maintain the quality of our product we never add preservatives, artificial coloring, gums, thickeners, or processed food substitutes. We also only manufacture a small amount of product at a time to ensure the freshness of all our items.

We are most well-known for our wide selection of homemade ravioli. Unlike many of our competitors, we make a thin-dough gourmet ravioli, which means more filling, less dough, and a much faster cooking time.
